The largest intact Victorian bowfront district in the country — high stoops, parlor-level flats, and garden-level "English basement" units under every staircase. We know the down-and-out carry these brownstones demand, and we price it flat with no per-flight surcharge.

Upload a Photo & Get Quote →The South End is block after block of red-brick Victorian bowfront rowhouses — beautiful, landmarked, and built tall. Most pickups here are one of two carries: up-and-over the stoop from a parlor or upper flat, or up-and-out of a garden-level unit, the half-sunken "English basement" apartments that sit below the front stairs. Both are awkward, both are routine for us, and both are covered by one flat, photo-quoted number — no surprise day-of charge when the crew sees the stoop.
The neighborhood's design-and-restaurant crowd turns furniture over often, and many blocks are landmarked, so we stage the truck legally, keep the brick sidewalks clear, and route anything reusable to donation where we can.
Flat, photo-quoted. The stoop and garden-level carry are already in the price.

"Garden-level on Tremont — getting an old sleeper sofa up and out from under the stoop seemed impossible. Flat quote from a photo, done in 30 minutes."
"Cleared a whole bowfront unit between tenants. Up and over the stoop, no surprise fees, and they donated the stuff that was still good."
"One couch, one photo, same-day pickup off Shawmut Ave. Exactly what they quoted. Easy."
