Yes, and we issue it ourselves the same day. Seaport and Back Bay towers won’t release the freight elevator without a certificate of insurance naming the management company as additional insured, and plenty of brownstone and triple-decker associations ask for one too. Send us the building’s requirements — or just the management company’s name — and we file it and book the elevator window before the crew arrives. Our coverage: General Liability $1M per occurrence · $2M aggregate; Umbrella/Excess $2M · $5M; Workers’ Compensation $1M each accident. Your building is added as additional insured, coverage is primary and non-contributory, and a waiver of subrogation applies.
