The Financial District towers, downtown high-rise condos, and the dense walk-ups of Chinatown — three very different jobs in a few blocks. Office decommissions and COIs on one side, tight stair-carries on the other, all flat photo-quoted. 中文服務 on request.

Offices, towers, and Chinatown walk-ups

Downtown is the city's business core, so our biggest jobs here are office decommissions — a Financial District suite downsizing or relocating, leaving desks, task chairs, conference tables, cubicle panels, and filing cabinets behind. We provide the building COI, reserve the freight elevator and loading dock, and work after-hours when the building requires it, pricing the volume as truck-fill. The downtown high-rise condos run the same COI/freight-elevator protocol for residential turnover.

Right beside it, Chinatown is a different world: dense, historic walk-ups on tight streets with no elevators. We carry furniture down the narrow stairs at a flat price, and Chinese-language service is available on request.
